Overview
We want every Lip Curl Scents order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the following policy before making a purchase.
Deer Urine and Scent Products
Because our deer urine and scent products are fresh, perishable biological products, all sales of these items are final. For safety and product-integrity reasons, they cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
This includes liquid deer urine, scent beads, scent sticks, pre-worked scrape ropes and other products containing natural deer scent.
Variations in the color or odor of natural scent products are normal and are not considered defects. Lip Curl Scents cannot guarantee hunting results.
Damaged, Leaking, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact Lip Curl Scents within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide:
• The order number
• A clear photo of the affected product
• A clear photo of the outside shipping box
• A clear photo of the shipping label
• A clear photo of the inside packaging
Please keep the product, shipping box and all packing materials until the claim has been resolved. Do not discard or return anything unless instructed by Lip Curl Scents.
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, Lip Curl Scents will provide either a replacement at no additional charge or a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Non-Scent Merchandise
Unused and unworn hats, apparel and unopened non-scent accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and original packaging.
For sanitary reasons, deer calls and other mouth-operated products cannot be returned after the package has been opened.
Customers must contact Lip Curl Scents and receive approval before mailing a return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return-shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by the customer’s bank or credit-card company.
Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. Cancellation requests must be made before an order ships and cannot be guaranteed. Orders that have already shipped are subject to this Refund and Returns Policy.
Retailer Purchases
Products purchased from an independent Lip Curl Scents retailer must be returned to that retailer and are subject to the retailer’s own return policy.
