Shipping and Order Processing
Lip Curl Premium Deer Scents ships online orders from Marion, Illinois. We work to process and ship orders promptly so hunters receive their products as quickly as possible.
Standard Shipping
Standard orders may be shipped through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or another suitable carrier. The carrier used may depend on the destination, package size, service availability, and shipping method selected.
Orders placed before the following cutoff times generally ship the same day:
• Monday through Friday: 3:00 PM Central Time
• Saturday: 12:00 PM Central Time
Orders placed after the applicable cutoff, on Sundays, or on holidays generally ship the next available business day. Processing may take longer during unusually busy periods, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery date shown during checkout or provided by a carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless a guaranteed service was specifically purchased. Carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, high shipping volume, or other events are outside our control.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised or reasonably expected timeframe, we will contact the customer and provide available options as required by applicable law.
Overnight and Expedited Shipping
Customers needing overnight or expedited delivery should call us before placing an order so we can confirm availability, cost, and the applicable order cutoff.

Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review the address carefully before submitting an order.
If an address needs to be corrected, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delivered, Delayed, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, customers should first check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. Please also contact us promptly so we can review the shipment information and assist with any available carrier claim.
If a shipment appears delayed or lost in transit, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will be handled according to the circumstances, our Refund and Returns Policy, carrier requirements, and applicable law.
Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect. Please retain the product and all packaging and provide clear photographs of:
• The product
• The exterior shipping box
• The shipping label
• The interior packaging

Shipping Restrictions
Products will only be shipped to locations where shipment and possession are permitted. Customers are responsible for checking applicable state and local hunting and wildlife regulations before ordering or using a product.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, legal requirements, suspected fraud, product availability, or address problems prevent us from completing the shipment. If we cancel an order before shipment, the applicable payment will be refunded.
