Product packaging, labels, colors, and other details may occasionally differ from website photographs when packaging is updated. These differences do not affect the intended function of the product.
No Hunting Guarantee
Lip Curl Scents products are hunting aids. Wildlife behavior is unpredictable and is affected by many conditions outside our control, including weather, wind, location, hunting pressure, timing, habitat, deer population, product placement, and individual animal behavior.
We do not guarantee that using any product will attract a deer, produce trail-camera activity, create a successful hunt, or result in the harvest of an animal. Product descriptions, instructions, testimonials, photographs, videos, and educational materials do not constitute a guarantee of results.
Legal and Responsible Product Use
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product may legally be purchased, possessed, transported, or used in their location and hunting area. Hunting and wildlife regulations can vary by state, province, county, season, public land, private property, and other jurisdiction.
By purchasing from Lip Curl Scents, you agree to use all products safely, responsibly, and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, property rules, and hunting requirements. We are not responsible for citations, penalties, confiscation, losses, or other consequences resulting from unlawful or improper product use.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment problems, shipping restrictions, product unavailability, or suspected resale or misuse.
If payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout when required. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.
Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete shipping address before submitting an order. Lip Curl Scents is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, emergencies, holidays, seasonal volume, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
If we are unable to ship within the time stated with your order—or, if no shipping time was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law.
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer as permitted by applicable law. Please contact us promptly if tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be located, or if a package arrives damaged or leaking.
Perishable and Natural Scent Products
Deer urine, scent beads, scent sticks, pre-worked scrape ropes, and other products containing natural deer scent are fresh or perishable biological products. They must be stored, handled, and used according to the directions provided with the product or on our website.
Once these products have shipped, they cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons involving scent preference, natural variation, change of mind, improper storage, improper handling, misuse, or lack of hunting results.
Refunds, Returns, and Order Problems
Purchases are subject to our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
If an order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact Lip Curl Scents within 48 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide photographs of the product, exterior shipping box, shipping label, and interior packaging and to retain all products and packaging while the claim is reviewed.
Eligibility for a replacement or refund is determined according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered processing or been shipped.
